Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions apply to all driver medical appointments booked with KDS Medical. All appointments must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking. You may book through our website, by phone, or in person. Confirmation of your appointment will be provided via email or SMS. If you need to cancel your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If you cancel with between 24 and 48 hours’ notice, you may receive a 50% refund or reschedule free of charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or for failure to attend. You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once free of charge, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Any further changes after the first reschedule may be subject to a £20 administration fee. Rescheduled appointments must be used within six months of the original booking date. If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you if a slot becomes available, and spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. In the unlikely event that KDS Medical must cancel your appointment, such as due to staff unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost. Any refunds due will be processed back to your original payment method within five to ten business days, subject to the cancellation terms outlined above.
